Cleanliness and hotel facilities were great. The location right by the Namsan cable car and close to the shopping street was convenient. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

They did not charge us for the extra night, a nice gesture. The breakfast options were decent, with milk, bread, eggs, ramen, juice. It was convenient to have these options and prepare them ourselves.
The location was quite inconvenient, especially during the New Year period. The hotel was situated at the end of a very steep hill, making it difficult to climb, especially with luggage and seniors.

The host left a helpful check-in message and breakfast is available. Nice big bathroom, universal outlets, fresh towels, easy check-in, great WIFI. Private room and bathroom at a good price. Super close to Namsan cable car. Comfortable and safe for solo female travelers.
