Cleanliness and hotel facilities were great. The location right by the Namsan cable car and close to the shopping street was convenient. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

They did not charge us for the extra night, which was a nice gesture. the breakfast options were decent, with milk, bread, eggs, ramen. It was convenient to have these options and prepare them ourselves.
The location was quite inconvenient, especially during the New Year period. the hotel was situated at the end of a very steep hill, making it difficult to climb, especially with luggage and seniors.
